you can be brilliant in playing cards,,,,,,,,
1.Creating Card Images
2.Memorizing the images in a memory technique
3.Recalling the cards
Firstly we need to create images for each card so that they mean something. This means you will have 52 images for 52 playing cards. For example the 7 of Diamonds can be a "Dog", or the Ace of Spades a "Hat". From this we attach images and meanings to a memory technique and then voila! - playing cards memorized. You can create any image for each card, however it will be harder to memorize and recall. The simplest method is to use the Major System to create your card images. The Major System helps you to remember which image a card was by working phonetically to encode the card. We will go through the Major System later in the course.
Below is a matrix of all 52 images associated to the cards created by the use of the Major System. Note that the King cards are images of the suit. You can feel free to make up your own images.
memorizing the above shouldn't be too hard as it is worked out phonetically from the Major System. For example, 9 of Clubs = CAP. Clubs = "C" or "K" sound and 9 = P in the Major System. Hence we have "CP". We can use Cap, Cape, Captain, Caption, you get the drift. So all you need to do is look at the card and encode the image using the matrix. Once you have done this for all 52 cards you are ready to memorize them!
Okay so we have our 52 images. The next step is to create a story or a bunch of links from those images. Let's take the 5 cards as an example:
8D, 4H, 7C, KS, 9S
These cards associated images from the Card Matrix are:
8D = DAFFY 4H = HAIR 7C = CAR KS = SPADE 9S = SOAP
Just imagine DAFFY duck pulling on your HAIR. He lets go and you go flying backwards toward a CAR. This is no ordinary car as it is a Ferrari, so the owner comes out with a SPADE and starts to chase you with a huge SOAP!My 5 cards above are highlighted in capital letters and used in a story. Look away and see if you can remember the story and the cards that is it associated with. Once you have done that the next challenge is to try making a story for all the 52 cards!
The journey system is a powerful technique for remembering. It is based upon remembering locations or objects in a journey and associating the items to be memorized, to the locations in your journey.
An example of a journey could be one around your house. The Living room being one stop, the Kitchen being the next, Bedroom, Bathroom, Backyard, and so on. You can have many journeys and as many locations in each journey as you like.
As you are making up your stories try to relax, do not rush anything, take as much time as you can. The more detail you imagine while developing your story, the easier it will be to remember. Use your senses to touch, smell, hear, see, and taste the item to be remembered. Try picturing the item as being extremely big, maybe even as big as the universe. Imagination is endless.

what can we do with this boring homeworks?
When I am in high school and the amount of work they expect you to do is unbelievable.Homework is not only from the school but also from the tution center . If I wanted to finish every single piece of homework I get assigned, I would be up until 12 AM every night and I have to be up at 6:00 to get to school in the first place. All that so I can learn nothing but how to bore myself out of my skull. I am still one of those people who believes that if a teacher can not teach it in class than we shouldn't have to do it outside of class. If they give you time to do it and you do not finish than homework isn't that bad but when there's 5 minutes left before the bell and they give some then its not fair. Studying and papers should be the only homework given.
We need to taste life but can't because of the 8 hours of school we have to do when we get home.If we make a survey regarding homeworks about 50 percent of students do not doing homeworks at home they are doing after came to school.

how should our teachers be....
Are we students satisfied with our teachers?I know the answer must be a 'no'.The teachers of this century don't know that their profession is sacred one. They are working only for salaries. This situation is crucial in colleges.Because of that teachers won't get respect there as compared with the school. Why the teaches punishing students if he don't do a homework or perform well in the exam? If the teacher done so the student thought that his study is to escape from punishments.
So the attitude of our teaches must change. From my views a teacher should
be bright and early. Never, ever, be late.-Listen and take in everything. Ask lots of questions to students.Don't Always be reflective. A good good teacher don't make fun of students .Don't read the answer paper in the class room for fun because this will affect the mentality of the students. He may lose his confidence. There are no one shot deals in teaching. There's always something to remember for next time.Dress professionally.
Speak professionally.Every single time you talk to a class or a student you are modelling an ideal. Slang words that aren't foul but are not particularly desirable should stay at home. Don't ever miss a deadline. If a teacher teaching a lesson in math Monday morning, make sure it happens.-Look for subtle signs of feedback, too. If the teacher shoots you a look in the middle of a lesson (rather than interrupting and derailing what a teacher doing) try to adjust for it right away, and discuss it later.Don't take it personally if something goes wrong, or the teacher has a bad day. Smile, and chalk it up to experience. Do a little more than course outline expects.
I like a teacher who gives you something to take home to think about besides homework. ~Lily Tomlin as "Edith Ann"

If I were god?
Everyone would get their own simulated world, but it would be real, anything would be possible, and it would be okay because anything bad that happened in a some ones world, wouldn't really be happening to anyone with real feelings or sensations, it would all be real simulation. We would each have total control of our own simulations. So people could literally do anything they wanted and forever. Nothing would ever get boring and there would be no rules. I would design it that way.
Everyone would love me and wouldn't have to go out of their way to show it, only if they wanted to. I would do anything for anyone as long as it didn't go against the will of another, and if it did, they could just carry out their desired action in their own simulation. The simulations would be as real as life itself. Everyone would basically have anything they wanted forever and here and there I would throw in some new concepts designed to blow everyone minds for many years of fun, pleasure, excitement, and true happiness. Anyone want to vote me in as God for '09??? Just Kidding, I can't make these things come true. What you do, if you were god?

how to choose a good novel
If you know the name of an author or authors you like, the easiest thing to do first is to look for other books the author has written.Keep in mind that some authors write several types of fiction: mysteries, science fiction, romance or even westerns. You may not think you will like a type of fiction you’ve never read before, but follow the rest of these steps and you might be surprised by what you like. From news papers or other magazines you can find good authors or good novels report.
If you don’t have any authors in mind, you can start reading slowly through the shelves looking for titles that feels you interesting. Publishers and authors work hard to select titles that will grab the attention of readers – just as television producers try to pick names for TV shows that will hook viewers right away.
In some cases you will see books displayed “face out” with the cover showing rather than the spine of the book. This is a technique borrowed from bookstores, who know that cover art is one of the things that attracts or fails to attract readers. Since most of the books in the library are not displayed face out, when you pull off a book that has a title you like, take a look at the cover. Does it pull you in and make you want to open the book and learn more?
Almost all books that have not been rebound or lost their covers will contain a short summary of the plot either inside the cover on the flap, or on the back of the book. Read the summary and see if you find you want to read more. Some books will naturally sound more good to you than others.
Go ahead and read the first paragraph or two of the book. You may even want to open it and read a page or two from the middle of the story. Do you enjoy what you are reading? Is it interesting? Dull? Vivid? Difficult to understand? Some books require more effort to “get into” than others – and some just won’t seem as interesting to you once you start reading as you thought they would. All that’s OK unless it is a school assignment and you are required to read a specific book, reading should be a pleasure, not a chore! Pick something that pleases YOU, not something you feel you “ought” to like because someone else said it was good.
Along those same lines, do take a look at bestseller lists if being able to discuss new and popular titles is important to you, but keep in mind that for every book that makes the bestseller list, many, many wonderful books do not. Our library shelves are filled with great books that never made a bestseller list and that may not be brand new publications, but are very worth your consideration.
Finally, take your choices home and enjoy them and if you don’t enjoy them, bring them back and try something else.Be a good reader.

reading will never die
But in my view reading will never die.Because reading is always the habit of a minority. Those who are really interested in Reading they can't stop reading. The bestsellers in books is increasing day by day today. If reading will die it will already happen after the invention of television or Internet.Every blessed writers will come .So we can't stop reading.Reading can change a man to positive or negative sides. But reading will never die.

why students going outside Kerala for study
University-The university's in Kerala are not good. They are not working in a proper time table. They Starting there first year classes after all univ being stated there classes. They change the date of the univ exams as they wish.In many times exams are conducted after the semester leaves. All univ in south India have more standard than Kerala and M.G universities.
Admission Problems-There no problems will happens before the admission time. When the admission time started the problems between management and students are being started. In that time the students will have a fear to wait until the problems being solved. It will make the students go outside Kerala.
Facilities-Only few colleges have good lab facilities.Sometimes two or three colleges have only one lab.
Strikes-Strikes are curses for Kerala. It will reduces the study days.Due to this reason many parents are afraid to take admission in kerala.Every students partys waiting for a time to make a strike. There is no unwanted stricks in other states.
