HACKED SMART CITY

Our politicians are not bothered about development of our state. Now the latest news shows that we are losing SMART CITY project.Related to that news some days before our chief minister told that he has no information about that project. So they are not interested to that project. If they shift there project it's a big loss to our state.
Its an IT based company and its a very big project. We are not good in the IT sector. So SMART CITY a good starting to develop for our half developed state. Many IT related company's will may come to Kerala after this project. This will leads to development. The project was of worth Rs 1,500 core and would have generated direct employment for 80,000 people and provide indirect employment to another 20,000 people.
But our left government can't solve there internal issues. Then how can they implement these projects. It has not completed the registration of the land there SMART CITY coming and not settled the stamp duty issue. They don't know the importance of these software company's.There is many strikes for the unnecessary things.Nobody is making strikes for these things.
After Tata Nano incident in West Bengal last year, its another blow for left led government in Kerala. This can be taken as the decline of Left party in country. If Kerala government had done its homework well, it would have been easy to keep smart city in Kerala.

you can be brilliant in playing cards,,,,,,,,

My hostel life made me good card player.I get much ideas in it through these years.Memorizing the cards is very important in card playing.If we can memorise the cards that are played and not played be good card player. It is also a good party trick!There are 3 basic steps involved;
1.Creating Card Images
2.Memorizing the images in a memory technique
3.Recalling the cards
Firstly we need to create images for each card so that they mean something. This means you will have 52 images for 52 playing cards. For example the 7 of Diamonds can be a "Dog", or the Ace of Spades a "Hat". From this we attach images and meanings to a memory technique and then voila! - playing cards memorized. You can create any image for each card, however it will be harder to memorize and recall. The simplest method is to use the Major System to create your card images. The Major System helps you to remember which image a card was by working phonetically to encode the card. We will go through the Major System later in the course.
Below is a matrix of all 52 images associated to the cards created by the use of the Major System. Note that the King cards are images of the suit. You can feel free to make up your own images.
memorizing the above shouldn't be too hard as it is worked out phonetically from the Major System. For example, 9 of Clubs = CAP. Clubs = "C" or "K" sound and 9 = P in the Major System. Hence we have "CP". We can use Cap, Cape, Captain, Caption, you get the drift. So all you need to do is look at the card and encode the image using the matrix. Once you have done this for all 52 cards you are ready to memorize them!
Okay so we have our 52 images. The next step is to create a story or a bunch of links from those images. Let's take the 5 cards as an example:
8D, 4H, 7C, KS, 9S
These cards associated images from the Card Matrix are:
8D = DAFFY 4H = HAIR 7C = CAR KS = SPADE 9S = SOAP
Just imagine DAFFY duck pulling on your HAIR. He lets go and you go flying backwards toward a CAR. This is no ordinary car as it is a Ferrari, so the owner comes out with a SPADE and starts to chase you with a huge SOAP!My 5 cards above are highlighted in capital letters and used in a story. Look away and see if you can remember the story and the cards that is it associated with. Once you have done that the next challenge is to try making a story for all the 52 cards!

The journey system is a powerful technique for remembering. It is based upon remembering locations or objects in a journey and associating the items to be memorized, to the locations in your journey.
An example of a journey could be one around your house. The Living room being one stop, the Kitchen being the next, Bedroom, Bathroom, Backyard, and so on. You can have many journeys and as many locations in each journey as you like.
As you are making up your stories try to relax, do not rush anything, take as much time as you can. The more detail you imagine while developing your story, the easier it will be to remember. Use your senses to touch, smell, hear, see, and taste the item to be remembered. Try picturing the item as being extremely big, maybe even as big as the universe. Imagination is endless.

" playing cards is not a bad habit."

what can we do with this boring homeworks?

I think homework for the most part is a waste of time with the exception of homework is such a drag, honestly. Not only is it incredibly boring and takes away from the time could be used to do more important things, but it makes kids hate school and creates a lot of tension at home. Why not let children spend their free time playing outside and having fun instead? They will earn more from that than they would from sitting at the kitchen table punching numbers into a calculator or writing book reports, I am sure.
When I am in high school and the amount of work they expect you to do is unbelievable.Homework is not only from the school but also from the tution center . If I wanted to finish every single piece of homework I get assigned, I would be up until 12 AM every night and I have to be up at 6:00 to get to school in the first place. All that so I can learn nothing but how to bore myself out of my skull. I am still one of those people who believes that if a teacher can not teach it in class than we shouldn't have to do it outside of class. If they give you time to do it and you do not finish than homework isn't that bad but when there's 5 minutes left before the bell and they give some then its not fair. Studying and papers should be the only homework given.
We need to taste life but can't because of the 8 hours of school we have to do when we get home.If we make a survey regarding homeworks about 50 percent of students do not doing homeworks at home they are doing after came to school.

Yesterday a different day to me.

Yesterday is a different day to me.I tell in detail.
I hate my college mainly of the climate conditions. But in yesterday morning while brushing my teeth somebody quarrel that our college got fire. Our college is near to our hostel. So suddenly I came out and watch.I can't saw the college the college and ground was surrounded by smoke. After some time somebody told that is not fog it is smog and the college not got fire. The climate is cooler than other days.We gone to walk through the smog .We take photos .All the photos were good in the presence of smog. The photos resembles ooty or any other fogy places. It was very nice to see trees coverd with smog. After close to 8 o' clock all the smog gone. Then I gone to college. There is no class for my department because today is our national conferance so every student busy with their works.Their was no studens in the class. We(Amith,Bipin and two second years) got a work to cut the curuthola of cocunut tree.We gone to at least 10 places to get that but we won't find that.It was a warm day so I tired.I cant't even eat food.I vomit a lot till midnight. Then I slept.Because of that illness I can't write about the 'smog' yesterday. But now there is more thing to write.

I am a sudent of them

I am studying 3rd year of my B.E course in tamilnadu. Our every teachers have different attitude to us.In the first year we have our H.O.D Ms.Santhi.Her attitude is just opposite of her character. It is difficult to get leave from her.She will scold us for simple reasons. She always use the word"Eruma madey" to scold us.Obviously every student feared her about her. After we completed the first year the first year she left from the college. But when I hear the word 'eruma madey' I remember him.The Chemistry classes are tacken by Ms.Sankari.She don't like malayalies. She have partiality in correcting the pappres.
Second year(3rd sem) is the only semester I had joy in this college. We move to our department (electronics and communication) from that year.In that sem our maths classes are taken by Alfred Guru Singh .We call him Sivaji.Really he is Pulli in maths. He is a well known Professor under Anna university. But he never care what ever(?) the students do.We take snacks from canteen before his class.eating or otherwise we play pen fights in class. Some students(especially Harish man sit write of mine) listen musics(using head phones). We never take his note. But I pass the papper.Ms.Subbulaksmi was the teacher like much in that sem because he is friendly to studentsother than any staffs. I caught for do malpractice in the periodical exams by Ms.Sulochana.Every teachers that sem reduced our internal marks.
In the 5th sem Mr.Gnana Jabadas take the papper T.L.W. He takes classes only for twenty minutes.Nobody will listen his class because if we listen also it is difficult to understand that subject. He ask questions regularly but nobody will answer. But I have arriar in that papper. He never scolded the students. But in this sem(6th) he is our class advisor. He is unsahicable. He will check the attendance register after every period. So it is difficult to cut the classes now.

what a game that was...........

As we all know India win the T20 match yesterday. What an outstanding game it was.I don't thought that I can't saw the match. But when the match started at 7pm our hostel manager put the match in T.V irregularly(Our ex-manager is very strict so we never saw cricket in hostel bu our new manager is a soft person) .So we go to see the match.

But after the first two overs we where shocked by jayasuryas stunning shots. But after Jayasurya out match goes interestingly. When this match going on one of our staff Karthik Ganesan came there(Nobody have a good opinion about him)He switch off the T.V.I don't know what feelings goes through my mind in that time. We make noise with bad words. One of the MBA student argued with him.In that time also he is not ready to on the T.V.he scolded the manager also.Everybody likes the manager he was support to students. There is 100 students at that time.Everybody rounded Kartik Ganesan and tees him .Students don't misuse their chance. They use their bad word dictionary to scold hm.He comes to know that e will beated if he don't switch on the T.V.

So he is forced to switch on the T.V.After that for every four and six we made high sounds. We saw the match till the end including presentation ceremony. At the middle of the Indian innings we think that India will lose but Pathan brothers change the game at end and India win the game.If India lost the it will be a big shame to us and the Kartic will be happy. But that not happended. We really enjoyed that game.

how should our teachers be....

Are we students satisfied with our teachers?I know the answer must be a 'no'.The teachers of this century don't know that their profession is sacred one. They are working only for salaries. This situation is crucial in colleges.Because of that teachers won't get respect there as compared with the school. Why the teaches punishing students if he don't do a homework or perform well in the exam? If the teacher done so the student thought that his study is to escape from punishments.

So the attitude of our teaches must change. From my views a teacher should

be bright and early. Never, ever, be late.-Listen and take in everything. Ask lots of questions to students.Don't Always be reflective. A good good teacher don't make fun of students .Don't read the answer paper in the class room for fun because this will affect the mentality of the students. He may lose his confidence. There are no one shot deals in teaching. There's always something to remember for next time.Dress professionally.

Speak professionally.Every single time you talk to a class or a student you are modelling an ideal. Slang words that aren't foul but are not particularly desirable should stay at home. Don't ever miss a deadline. If a teacher teaching a lesson in math Monday morning, make sure it happens.-Look for subtle signs of feedback, too. If the teacher shoots you a look in the middle of a lesson (rather than interrupting and derailing what a teacher doing) try to adjust for it right away, and discuss it later.Don't take it personally if something goes wrong, or the teacher has a bad day. Smile, and chalk it up to experience. Do a little more than course outline expects.

I like a teacher who gives you something to take home to think about besides homework. ~Lily Tomlin as "Edith Ann"

If I were god?

If I were god first of all I will stop B.E studies. Then I'd make everyone be what ever they wanted with whatever they wanted, wherever they wanted, and with the ability to do whatever they want, except for those I hate. Each person would be in their own reality and could do whatever they want without actually causing any real problem to anything.I will give food, dresses, friends, girl friends to everyone.I will put George Bush in jail .I wont allow any war in this world ,if men wish too.

Everyone would get their own simulated world, but it would be real, anything would be possible, and it would be okay because anything bad that happened in a some ones world, wouldn't really be happening to anyone with real feelings or sensations, it would all be real simulation. We would each have total control of our own simulations. So people could literally do anything they wanted and forever. Nothing would ever get boring and there would be no rules. I would design it that way.

Everyone would love me and wouldn't have to go out of their way to show it, only if they wanted to. I would do anything for anyone as long as it didn't go against the will of another, and if it did, they could just carry out their desired action in their own simulation. The simulations would be as real as life itself. Everyone would basically have anything they wanted forever and here and there I would throw in some new concepts designed to blow everyone minds for many years of fun, pleasure, excitement, and true happiness. Anyone want to vote me in as God for '09??? Just Kidding, I can't make these things come true. What you do, if you were god?

how to choose a good novel

I like reading more than any other things.I visit library ones in a week. One of the problem that I find in the starting is the difficulty to find a good novel. One of the most common requests librarians get is help in finding a “good book” to read. Since librarians love to read ourselves, we love to share our knowledge with others. But sometimes the librarian is busy helping someone else, and you may find yourself standing there surrounded by shelf after shelf of books and no idea how to go about selecting something to read. Here are a few tips to make things easier when you’re on your own and trying to find some good fiction.

If you know the name of an author or authors you like, the easiest thing to do first is to look for other books the author has written.Keep in mind that some authors write several types of fiction: mysteries, science fiction, romance or even westerns. You may not think you will like a type of fiction you’ve never read before, but follow the rest of these steps and you might be surprised by what you like. From news papers or other magazines you can find good authors or good novels report.

If you don’t have any authors in mind, you can start reading slowly through the shelves looking for titles that feels you interesting. Publishers and authors work hard to select titles that will grab the attention of readers – just as television producers try to pick names for TV shows that will hook viewers right away.

In some cases you will see books displayed “face out” with the cover showing rather than the spine of the book. This is a technique borrowed from bookstores, who know that cover art is one of the things that attracts or fails to attract readers. Since most of the books in the library are not displayed face out, when you pull off a book that has a title you like, take a look at the cover. Does it pull you in and make you want to open the book and learn more?

Almost all books that have not been rebound or lost their covers will contain a short summary of the plot either inside the cover on the flap, or on the back of the book. Read the summary and see if you find you want to read more. Some books will naturally sound more good to you than others.

Go ahead and read the first paragraph or two of the book. You may even want to open it and read a page or two from the middle of the story. Do you enjoy what you are reading? Is it interesting? Dull? Vivid? Difficult to understand? Some books require more effort to “get into” than others – and some just won’t seem as interesting to you once you start reading as you thought they would. All that’s OK unless it is a school assignment and you are required to read a specific book, reading should be a pleasure, not a chore! Pick something that pleases YOU, not something you feel you “ought” to like because someone else said it was good.

Along those same lines, do take a look at bestseller lists if being able to discuss new and popular titles is important to you, but keep in mind that for every book that makes the bestseller list, many, many wonderful books do not. Our library shelves are filled with great books that never made a bestseller list and that may not be brand new publications, but are very worth your consideration.

Finally, take your choices home and enjoy them and if you don’t enjoy them, bring them back and try something else.Be a good reader.

role models are needed??

Many of my friends have role models. Is the role models are required?.I think the people without a capability of thinking need role models. If we learning from others life whats the meaning of your life?.Everybody is different.SO that the world is interesting to live.If we trying to follow others views it will not suitable for your situations.
We must live our life as the situation leads. The very important thing is the role models have no role models.

music 'the best tablet to homesickness'

Music is a refection of a society or culture.Music have a magical power to reduce our sorrows.I have homesickness because I'm studying in tamilnadu but when I listen some Malayalam songs we can feel my past.In every place the migrants from the place are more love that place than the peoples there. If they got out from there only they understand that how important that place to them.Music brings that memories .
In college hostel we(malayalies) play anthakshari .I started listening old Malayalam songs after I came here. Here everybody have good collection of Malayalam songs for avoiding homesickness.

reading will never die

Every time while I'm browsing I visit manoramaonline to know 'nattuvisheshams'.There is section of the manoramaonline 'ningal parayu' .In that section we can answer for there questions. The questions are about politics, sports or anything. For two months I saw a question there that question is is reading dying?.Most of them answered that reading is dying. Some of the viewers wishing reading to never die.
But in my view reading will never die.Because reading is always the habit of a minority. Those who are really interested in Reading they can't stop reading. The bestsellers in books is increasing day by day today. If reading will die it will already happen after the invention of television or Internet.Every blessed writers will come .So we can't stop reading.Reading can change a man to positive or negative sides. But reading will never die.

our royal roads

The biggest waterservoir in Kerala is govt road.In all over India the most number of vehicle accidents are occurs in Kerala. These accidents are occurring because of the condition of our roads. The govt never tacking this problem seriously. There is no such problems in the surrounding states.
I will go once in a month through Thencasi-punalur root. There is a smooth way up to the kerala border. When We enter in Kerala we where welcomed by gutters(gutter mania). Our state is being shamed for this. For development the role of rodes are important. We must needs good roads. It is a very good idea to construct an express way.It can solve the traffic problems. But the political leaders only for there political stands they opposing it.Kerala must suffer a lot if the govt will not take care about the traffic problems. So we want good politicians and better roads.

let them free........

Most of the parents in our society don't understanding the mentality of there child's.They think that the only job of student is studying. They don't understand tensions and other feelings of their child's.The parents should be a friend of their child otherwise they will not tell the problems to parents. They are being sended to tuition's in all days. There is no need of tuition's for all subjects.Tuition's required in a subject if he or she is weak in that subject. Some students have tuition's from the 3rd standard's.In the vacations also they don't be free the computer classes or grammar classes will not leave them.Students must play.It will help them in macking a good personality. It will give refreshment to their minds.Leave them alone in their vacations.Give them chance to find their talents. We don't need only doctors or engineers we also need poets, painter, singers also.If you want to see the smiling face of your child give freedom to them.

why students going outside Kerala for study

Now it is a trend to study outside Kerala. So campuses in Kerala have a deficiency of Brilliant students. In my point of view there is some good reasons behind that......
University-The university's in Kerala are not good. They are not working in a proper time table. They Starting there first year classes after all univ being stated there classes. They change the date of the univ exams as they wish.In many times exams are conducted after the semester leaves. All univ in south India have more standard than Kerala and M.G universities.
Admission Problems-There no problems will happens before the admission time. When the admission time started the problems between management and students are being started. In that time the students will have a fear to wait until the problems being solved. It will make the students go outside Kerala.
Facilities-Only few colleges have good lab facilities.Sometimes two or three colleges have only one lab.
Strikes-Strikes are curses for Kerala. It will reduces the study days.Due to this reason many parents are afraid to take admission in kerala.Every students partys waiting for a time to make a strike. There is no unwanted stricks in other states.

doesn't know the 'ABCD' of studing

In hostel my roommates are tamilans. In the next room that room have for malayalees. In study times daily am there (only for chatting). There we will discuss many serious things about earth,Ghost, comparison of India with other countries etc..and etc..Yesterday one of my friend suggest that earth is in the shape of a bucket. He believed that the organisms are lived inside the bucket shaped earth. We tried to teach him, it is not like that earth is in the shape of an apple. In that time he come to have another doubt if it is like an apple then why we don't slips to atmosphere. In that time my another friend got the same doubt. Then teach them about gravitation force. Then that problem was solved....Now I only have doubt about gravitation force.
